Can we sell alcohol to our guests?
No, Illusionz is a BYOB facility.  Your guests can bring their own or you can purchase it for your guests.  Illusionz is a private function event center. 

Who is responsible for clean up?
The renter is responsible to clean up and put the facility in the same condition and arrangement as received. 

What hours do we get the facility?
All functions are based on a 24 hour basis, starting at 10:00 am on the day of the event to 10:00 am the following day.  (This return time includes any clean up period.)

Where do we park?
Parking is provided behind the facility, in front of the facility, west of the facility (across the alley), across Ave. K, and in the church parking lot (diagonal to the facility). 

Can I redecorate the facility or change the seating?
Yes you may as long as the facility is returned as received. 

How do I reserve the facility for my specific event date?
Nothing is reserved until the contract is signed and the deposits paid. 

Is there a deposit required?
Yes, there are two deposits: 1) half of the event fee, 2) security deposit.  Both are to be paid at the instrumentation of the contract.  The first of these secures your event date and the latter covers security of cleaning, damages, breakage, and missing or stolen items.  *However, this security deposit should not be construed to cover every loss. 

What is the best way to view the building?
Please take our online virtual tour and also review the pictures in our gallery.  If you would like to tour the building in person, you may schedule a walk through appointment.

Can I run the sound system myself?  What do I do if I want to hire a band?  How do I run the lights and the rest of the amenities at the facility?
You can hire a DJ, however, we feel that it is unnecessary.  For a nominal fee, you may hire our superintendent who is an expert in the sound system and the rest of the facilities amenities.  This is highly recommended. 

What does the 24 hour rental fee cover?
Electricity, water, sewer, toilet tissue, paper towels, tables and chairs, sound system, dance floor lighting, effect lighting, and all recreation tables in the facility.
